Everything you need to know about paying for XtreamGo — invoices, refunds, switching tiers, and managing payment methods. If you have a billing question this guide does not cover, email billing@xtreamgo.io and we will help.

Accepted payment methods

We support four payment providers so you can pick what fits your jurisdiction and risk tolerance: • Stripe — credit/debit cards, instant • Paddle — credit/debit, includes VAT/sales-tax in checkout (EU/UK/US) • PayPal — for buyers who prefer it • NOWPayments — cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, 50+ others) You can change provider at any time between renewals.

Finding your invoices

Every payment generates an invoice that is: 1. Emailed to your account address (PDF attached) 2. Available for download at /dashboard/billing → Invoices 3. Marked with your company name, VAT ID, and address (configurable in Account → Billing Profile) If your accountant needs a different name or address on the invoice, update the Billing Profile before paying — we cannot retroactively re-issue invoices.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on every new purchase — no questions asked. To request, email refund@xtreamgo.io within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. After day 7, refunds are case-by-case (server downtime, duplicate charge, wrong tier purchased by mistake). We try to be fair — there is no "all sales final" policy.

Cancelling your subscription

Go to /dashboard/billing → click the active subscription → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the current period, then the panel switches to a grace-mode banner. No early-termination penalty. If you ever come back, your data is kept for 90 days post-cancellation — just renew within that window and everything resumes exactly where it left off.

Upgrading or downgrading

Plan changes are immediate. On upgrade, we pro-rate the unused remainder of your current tier as credit toward the new one. On downgrade, the change applies at the next renewal — you keep the higher tier until then.
