Where do I enter my license key?

Your license key is bundled into the installer. After running the install bundle on your server, open the panel on its public IP/domain — the license activates on first boot automatically. If you ever need to re-enter it manually, paste it in Settings → License.

Can I move my license to a different server?

Yes. Licenses are bound to a hardware fingerprint to prevent abuse, but you can request a fingerprint reset from support — typically processed within an hour. There is no charge for the first move per billing period.

What does the DNS Manager module do?

DNS Manager rotates your panel and load-balancer subdomains across multiple DNS providers (Dynu, Cloudflare, etc.) on a configurable schedule. It hides origin IPs, survives takedowns, and auto-heals when a provider revokes a free subdomain.

What happens when a module license expires?

The module is disabled gracefully — its routes return a friendly upsell message, but the rest of your panel keeps working exactly as before. You can renew at any time from the customer dashboard and the module reactivates instantly.

Yes. Every invoice — license, renewal, module — is available as a downloadable PDF from /dashboard/billing. We also email a copy at the time of purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to /dashboard/billing → click your active subscription → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period — there is no early-termination penalty.

What are the minimum panel-server requirements?

2 CPU cores, 4 GB RAM, 40 GB SSD, Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04 LTS. For 1,000+ concurrent users we recommend 4 cores / 8 GB RAM, and load-balancer nodes for any deployment over 5,000 users.

Use the built-in migration tool at /dashboard/migration. Paste the source-DB credentials, pick which entities to import (users, streams, bouquets, packages, EPG, VOD), and watch the live progress bar. Most migrations finish in under 10 minutes.
